My online program is designed to make you move better, perform better and feel better in your body every day.


The focus is on performance and skill development. You will prepare your body for the rigors of movement, advance your physical skills and live a better quality of life.

Movement Class Sydney

These classes will challenge you both physically and mentally as you explore the wholesome practice of movement. 

Learn new skills such as handstands, splits and backbends, develop bodyweight strength, awareness, balance, flexibility and joint mobility.

I started training with Vanja 3 months ago and I absolutely love it. What I love most is that it is a different kind of training from all the ones I tried before.
